Terms of service

Tier Sport Club (“we”, “us”) operates tennis, pickleball, and tennis simulator courts in Bangkok, Thailand, along with a booking service accessible via our website and LINE mini-app (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or booking a court you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or book on behalf of a minor for whom you accept responsibility. You agree to provide accurate contact details (name, phone, email) and to keep them current. We may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

Each sign-in method creates a distinct account. Signing in with Google and signing in with LINE produce two separate accounts on our Service, each with its own wallet balance and booking history. We do not combine or merge accounts. Your wallet balance, bookings, and tier are not portable between accounts. To keep all your activity in one place, please use the same sign-in method every time.

A booking is confirmed when the Service deducts the booking amount from your wallet and issues you a booking ID. Courts are reserved for the exact slot you selected. Please arrive on time — late arrival does not extend your slot.

Booking windows, daily booking limits, and applicable discounts depend on your membership tier. Current limits are shown in the app at the moment of booking and are sourced from our tier configuration.

Your wallet is a prepaid balance denominated in Thai Baht. Top-ups are processed by Omise (our payment gateway) using credit card or PromptPay QR. Your wallet balance is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and has no expiry date unless required by Thai law.

Top-ups are not refundable to your original payment method. Once your wallet is credited, the funds remain as wallet credit usable for bookings on our Service. We do not offer cash withdrawals from the wallet under any circumstances initiated by you.

We reserve the right to freeze wallet funds pending investigation if we detect suspected fraud, chargebacks, or abuse. All successful top-ups appear in your transaction history.

You may cancel a booking up to a fixed number of hours before slot start (24 hours for Regular tier, 12 hours for Black tier — the exact figure is shown in your booking details). Cancellations within the window are refunded as wallet credit, not cash.

Cancellations after the window are non-refundable. If we cancel a booking due to maintenance, closure, or a coach absence, we will credit the affected portion in full to your wallet regardless of the standard window and notify you via LINE or email.

Real-money refunds (back to your original payment method) are issued only when our system is at fault — for example, a duplicate charge, a confirmed booking we are unable to honour, or a payment that was incorrectly applied — and are at our discretion, subject to applicable Thai consumer-protection law. Such refunds are processed via the original Omise charge within Omise's allowable refund window (typically up to 90 days from the original charge); after that period, refunds may be issued by bank transfer at our reasonable convenience.

You agree to follow posted court rules, dress code, and instructions from staff. You are responsible for your own equipment, personal belongings, and any guests you bring. Behaviour that endangers others, damages property, or disrupts play may result in immediate removal and account suspension without refund.

Racket sports involve inherent risk of injury. By using our facilities you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own safety, subject to our duty to maintain the premises to a reasonable standard. We recommend personal accident and health insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law (including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will bump the version string at the top of this page and prompt you to re-accept on your next booking or top-up. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
